2. Website and server logs
When MinerChainList is accessed, technical information may be processed including the IP address, date and time, requested resource, HTTP status, transferred data volume, referrer where supplied by the browser, user agent and security-related request information.
This processing is required to deliver the website, maintain reliable operation, diagnose technical errors and protect the service against attacks and abuse.
3. Coin and mining pool submissions
When a coin or mining pool is submitted, MinerChainList processes the information entered in the submission form, the contact email address, submission timestamps, moderation status and related review information.
Coin submissions may additionally include a project logo. Uploaded logos are reviewed together with the submission and may be published if the listing is approved.
4. Email notifications
MinerChainList may send submission confirmations, moderation messages, administrative notifications and operational messages by email. Email delivery uses the operator's authenticated email infrastructure. The configured mail provider may process sender and recipient addresses, message content and technical delivery metadata as required for delivery, spam prevention and service security.
5. Administrator sessions and essential cookies
MinerChainList uses an essential HTTP-only session cookie where session state is required, including administrator authentication, CSRF protection and short-lived form messages. In production the cookie is transmitted using the Secure attribute and SameSite=Lax.
Analytics, advertising trackers, tracking pixels and third-party web fonts are not enabled in the current default production configuration.
6. Content and abuse reports
When a content report is submitted, MinerChainList may process the affected page or URL, report category, report description, optional reporter email address, timestamps, moderation status and resolution information.
7. Featured listing payments
If a featured placement is purchased using VMESH, MinerChainList may process the order reference, listing reference, payment address, transaction ID, payment amount, confirmation count, payment status and associated timestamps.
Transactions on a public blockchain are publicly visible by design.
8. Public blockchain and mining APIs
MinerChainList may retrieve technical data from approved public blockchain, explorer and mining-pool interfaces. This information is used to display network and mining statistics and monitor the technical availability of listed infrastructure.
9. Legal bases
Depending on the processing activity, personal data is processed where necessary to provide a requested service or process a submission, to comply with legal obligations, or on the basis of legitimate interests in operating, securing, moderating and improving MinerChainList. Where consent is legally required for an optional feature, processing based on that feature will take place only after the required consent.
10. Recipients
Personal data may be processed by service providers used for hosting, email delivery and technical operation where this is necessary for providing MinerChainList. Data may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
11. Retention
Data is retained only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose or as required by applicable statutory retention obligations. Published directory data may remain available while a listing is active. Submission, moderation, security and payment records may be retained where necessary for documentation, abuse prevention, accounting or the defence of legal claims.
12. Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal requirements, data subjects may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Where processing is based on consent, consent may be withdrawn with effect for the future.
Requests concerning personal data can be sent to noreply@attila-varga.eu.
13. Supervisory authority
Data subjects also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.
